My sister, Melanie, is fortunate enough to be blessed with 3 adorable little girls. Two of them have November birthdays very close to each other. This year, she threw them a double birthday party with a pink and black polka dot theme. It is such a cute party and goes well with both a little girl turning 6 and one turning 3. She did such a great job, I had to show it off!
