Maddie's Red Tutu

I wanted to show off this tutu I made for my daughter.  She loves everything dancing, princess, sparkly..a true girly girl.  In order to save myself a lot of money in the future...I figured it's time to start learning how to make this stuff.  Not to mention, I have another daughter (16mo) who seems just as girly along with 3 nieces.  I'm up to my ears in girls around here............
